Depends on what you consider nicer. There are two cloth interiors, which in Japan are called the Low grade and high grade cloth interiors. The BRZ Premium gets the high, the FR-S gets the low. Therefore, one would assume the high is better.
Also, the BRZ lacks the (IMO) ugly red accents (although after a few years they'll be pink which seems Subaru/STI friendly

) and has the black tach instead of the white, which I also think looks much better (so does Toyota as their expensive version has the black tach also).
