FR-S looks better.
FR-S is simpler (don't need a tv screen in my sports car).
FR-S is lighter (although somewhat trivial - it's worth more to me then fancy features).
FR-S is tuned for over steer.
$1200 for HIDs and navigation isn't what I call a screaming deal.
