Each time you flash a tune it totally erases the previous tune first then writes the new tune and resets ecu. Whatever the previous tune was is totally erased.

When you change to E85 from petrol or petrol to E85 you need to drive slow and easy for first 10 miles or so to allow the other fuel to clear the lines and pumps and wait for the fuel trims to stabilise below 10%. You can use you oft to watch this real time.
