He will see you again and he will right you another ticket. When you appear in court numerous times for the same offense, what exactly do you think the outcome will be?

maybe he likes the way it looks, it can look good depending on the car.why does it bother you that people modify these cars? talk about being a stick in the mud if thats something that bugs you.
