The 250-260F isn't a problem for the oil but I can see being FI, the bringing the oil temps down will reduce the possibility of detonation. Definitely want to get the pressure up.
I'm not comfortable with 45psi at 7k. If you go track your car again before getting a cooler, try some 5w-40 and report back.
