I'm no suspension tuning expert and someone correct me if I'm wrong but, generally, whichever end you stiffen up will break traction easier given that camber hasn't been altered (caster also comes into play but it isn't easily/directly adjustable in our cars). Since the front has been stiffened, that contributes to making it less tail happy. Even further if the rear shocks/springs are softer.
