My car with the intercooled kit, stock pulley, PPE headers and Nameless high flow cat downpipe made 56 additional whp on CA 91 octane pump gas when tuned by Delicious at HG Motosports. HG has a Dyno Dynamics dynometer, so the whp figures are low compared to a dynojet. Base run was 154.5 whp. Car was stock except for the highflow catted downpipe. After parts install and tune the car made 211 whp.
211whp isn't a big number but the kit and tune make the car run very smooth. No more torque dip and no more idle surging when trying to drive in first or second gear on a cold start (people would look at me funny when leaving a parking lot). Those are two problems that I disliked with my stock FRS.
Hope that helps, if you want I can pm you a dyno pic? I should probably post that pic on my build thread actually.
Anyway, now that I'm getting used to the extra 56whp I plan to save my pennies and upgrade to a smaller pulley and lighter flywheel and get another tune
