Thank you again for responding, even on a Sunday! It's hard enough to get responses on weekends from companies I'm looking into paying thousands, and you're here answering my questions about a product that costs hundreds.

Robispec happened to have one, and the Borla's tend to hurt more than they help. Ignore the graphs for now so I can explain a little about what you can expect from each tune. Since you are non-intercooled, you're stage 1, done. To extract the most from your car, you WILL need the intercooler to reach 300whp. You do not, however, need those uprated injectors. Our tunes for 300whp assume stock injectors, E85, 70mm pulley, and the intercooled blower. Now the reason the Stage 1 Flexfuel tune looks so gutless and the Stage 1 E85 as well as Stage 2 E85 look godly is because the 300whp runs were shown as Dynojet comparable numbers. Normally, and you can see this from the Stage 1 Flexfuel graph, that particular dyno reads a stock vehicle at around 135whp. What should be important at this point to you for maximum reliability, drivability, and power, is intercooling that sucker. Without an intercooler on E85, you're looking at around 280-285whp as you sit, with it above 300.
In short: Your uprated injectors and exhaust will not help. We don't run out of injectors on our tunes, even at 300whp on E85. The exhaust on this supercharger does next to nothing, especially the Borla setup. A higher end header such as the JDL may help a bit more, and we are actually testing one in the next few weeks, but not too likely. This blower simply doesn't take advantage of headers in the same way that other kits do.
To get the most out of your vehicle I would recommend intercooling your kit. As it sits, on E85, you can expect 280-285whp. With an intercooler, this pushes you past 300whp on a dynojet. We do recommend you switch back to stock injectors if you are going with one of our tunes, as they're the easiest to dial in and proven to be just fine at the power limit of the Innovate blower.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Zach

I'm surprised about the intercooler. Last I heard, it was restrictive and heat-soaked quickly. So the thinking was that an E85 tune would make more power without. Apparently, that's not the case. So I'll look into getting one.
The header was the only one available at the time I got it. Everyone else was looking at 6wk+ lead time. How much of a drop in power are you seeing with the Borla EL? If it's just 5 or less I'll keep it.
All of the power adders, except for the exhaust, are not on the car yet. So the injectors aren't an issue.
Your 300 rwhp formula is:
Innovate S/C w/ intercooler
70mm pulley
E85
Stock fuel pump?
Would this tune be Flex Fuel capable? And is it one of the off-the-shelf tunes or a custom tune? If custom, what would you need from me?
Thanks again.
