I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.
Higher spring rates generally mean you need less compression damping (dynamic spring) and more rebound damping (so the spring doesn't extend too fast). Not enough rebound damping results in weight transitions that "gain momentum" and swing the way across the car too fast, resulting in traction loss.
When you turn in, the outer wheel compresses(compression damping), and the inner wheel extends (rebound damping).
