I decided to do a 0-60 to confirm my theory, and it came out to 7.2s
Previous best time 6.3 (w/o e85)
Mod List include:
SRT Full System Exhaust
Drop IN K&N
Perrin Pulley
Your Long term fuel trim is way negative -13% ie ecu is trying to lean out fueling.

1. You have only driven a couple of miles since flash and still have petrol in lines and or ecu still adjusting should only take 10km or so.

or

2. You did not run your tank down to nearly empty before filling with E85 and your E% is low how many litres on E85 went in ??

3. MAF sensor widly out of calibration.

you rearly need to log using oft

LTFT
STFT
AFR
Commanded AFR
KC Learned
Knock correction
FLCK
Throttle
RPM

here log on E85 after only about 10km after switching to E85 but flash was done after petrol was out of lines

note LTFT only about 1%
