Mikem53 is next time if you buy from someone who is a vendor on here, try contacting them here first. In my experience at least it seems to go smoother. I understand your frustration, but try to understand that nobody is perfect and while it can be frustrating, we're all human and mistakes and setbacks can happen. With so many people coming to their defense, it seems the general concensus is that they provide good customer service.
