No. I don't deny that the Cayman was used as a benchmark. I deny that they
copied the Cayman, because I actually know what
benchmark means. None of the articles you posted indicate that Toyota copied the Cayman, only that they used it as a benchmark for performance and road feel.
A mountain of evidence proves nothing if it isn't actually relevant to the question.
