By the sounds of it, HP+ aren't enough pad for what you want. They're barely an upgrade over stock from what I've seen.
If it's mostly a track toy, then I'd look at the Project Mu Club Racers, Hawk DTC60's, Carbotech XP8's or XP10's, or whatever is comparable in the Winmax line.
The HP+ aren't a bad pad, but they're really still a street pad.
