Best option for Toyota which I wouldn't be too surprised if they do this unless it costs way too much is the Automated Manual Aisin already builds for Toyota in the LFA. Although I'm sure the LFA uses a very tricked out version, Aisin does promote it on their website.

This satisfies Manual lovers by not adding complexity or added research costs while not totally screwing over Automatics.
