Hey Khorne, sorry for the late response. I've been in Japan and Korea for the past 3 weeks and haven't had a chance to get on this forum.
Anyways, my solution can be found here (make sure to read through all pages first):

I placed a rubber washer between the rubbing plates (where the bolt is torqued to) and haven't had a clicking noise since.
