To the mod that deleted this, sorry but I had to bring it back just for this. I may delete it again later, or someone else can if they really want to. I actually came here to delete it for the OP as well until I saw the comment above.
Now to address the comment quoted. Please quote the law that says something you POST on a forum that is privately owned remains YOUR property. Whatever you post here becomes the IP of the site. You can't sue the site at all because you regret posting information for the world to see. You think you can sue facebook because you posted a pic while drunk? Nope. You can't even really delete the content since facebook *owns* the content you post. No different here.
