Just did it and I am not sure if the bolt behind the U shape bracket is tight enough. I did use the 12mm wrench to tightening it, but it slipped on the bolt.. I don't think I mess up the bolt, so I used my fingers to turn it tight, if it doesn't turn no more (with fingers force) I guess it is tight enough.
