My experience was from Visconti and FA20Club tunes, and I don't remember ever seeing a positive value for Knock Correction Learn Value. I was referencing seeing negative values for that which would mean the advance value is negative and it is pulling timing from seeing prior knock. I don't know what the advance tables looked like in my tunes though.
