Yeah he tried pulled it off thinking we can paint the fender covers then gave up. I tried to stick it back on but it keeps on popping out. I told the dealership that it randomly popped out and they fixed it for free. Also I just had a guy ask me if this is a subaru or if it's a mk5 lol.
