There's a guy who always sees me aggressively driving through the apartment complex. He said today "Man you must beat the hell outta that thing!"
And I'm like.. "Sorry, it drives like a gokart, I'm getting 30mpg".. he looked at me like I was crazy. We then talked for 20 minutes like old friends
Then at work the other day, one of our japanese coworkers stopped me.. "Is it you? You have the.. blue.. Suabru?" me: "Yeah I love it".. him "Wow, it is amazing!" Everyone I work with has bland sedans and SUVs. I plan to mod the shit out of this thing. The only other cool car in the lot is a Focus ST. :p |
Only a few times have other guys stopped me randomly and complimented the car. Usually it's women.
When I had the WRX or the STI, the very rare random comments were almost always from other guys.
