CCW, HRE, etc are machining forged ingots and barrels. While they are "forged" at the core, they are not of the same quality, strength, or weight of a 1 piece forged wheel.

Note that those "forged" wheels are typically 2 or 3 piece wheels, so that they can accommodate more designs and cars, and can do "custom offsets" by just using a different barrel.
