Good reputation or not, a bad experience is a bad experience. I'd be upset too if I had to wait 3 weeks for a part to ship, with the wrong tracking number given to me early on. IMO they should have apologized for the tracking number mixup and put up a warning that this part might not ship for 3-4 weeks when you ordered.
At least, that's what I would expect of a company with a good reputation.
