I believe if you tap into that orange/white wire on pin #2 with the HU "Back" wire, it triggers the HU to go into reverse mode when you shift into reverse, then it will look for a signal on your reverse video composite input. My Rydeen Duo has a red power wire branching out from the video signal, it was attached to a wire going to a harness I got from @
SVXdc, which supplied it power when shifting into reverse. I didn't really pay attention too much into how it all worked but I assume the OEM HU gave it 6v Power when in reverse. If I tap into the 6v ACC power on the 16-pin harness I'm assuming the camera will get constant power with the HU on, but I still don't know why people just don't use the 12v reverse gear trigger wire for both HU triggering and Camera Power, I must be missing something?
