It could well be your ROM. I had the exact same issue on my Sprint HTC One when I was using a Cyanogenmod 11 nightly derivative. Eventually after flashing CM11 nightlies, the issue went away. The community just released a CM11 snapshot yesterday for m7spr - not quite as stable as a "Stable" but mine seems pretty good so far (I just flashed it this morning). [
