Simpleviet shame you were late and couldn't join us. At least you were able to get a drive out of it.
First time going up mt tam and it was great. Worth getting up early. On the way back home, I got a bit turned around cause I wanted to go up 101 and then take 37 to Vallejo but my Nav decided it didn't want to do that... Ended up in a parking lot trying to figure out where to go
Anyway, I let the nav system drive me to a toll bridge :| For my troubles I stopped in Fairfield for some Chic-fil-a... Decided to get lost and make my way into Travis AFB. To my completely surprise and excitement, there's an airshow going on this weekend (F22
).
Got a nice drive and an airshow out of today. Couldn't ask for more :P
