Eb and Flow I suppose.
I sold my AP1 S2000 with 70k miles for $12.5k in 2009, I see good AP1's (2002+) go for more than that now with more miles.
I think there might be a couple factors of depreciation that exist outside of the norm for these cars:
1) They're bare bones compared to many other $25-28k cars on the market.
2) Their reliability is very un-japanese.
3) This is a big-HP kind of country, speed matters. The lack of these things will indeed have impact on resale because of the smaller target audience.
BUT!
Resale doesn't mean jack. People are still buying VW and Audis at a pretty good clip and those things depreciate like motorhomes!
