There's Snowice inside of the K-town food court which has a bunch of spots to pick for noms. Good parking on the side of the plaza, behind Chilis.

A little out of the way of Santa Clara, my #2 place for shave ice is Banana Crepe (#1 is Shuei-Do but they close too early) or Jimbo's for Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream. These are in SJ Japantown and of course there's a bunch of noms there too.
