I have some 50W lights off of ebay that work great

There is this little tab on the right hand side of it that keeps blocking my fingers. I found where it is and even tried to jack it up to twist it, but it won't budge. Do you have to push it in first???

As far as installing, it just takes some elbow grease and a little pain from scraping your forearm haha. Here's a page I use to determine the type of bulb to use: http://www.fr-sforum.com/forums/fr-s...scion-frs.html
How did you apply the elbow grease? Do you think if I spray some wd-40 on it, it will start moving???
