I always tilt my left mirror (RHD) down when I parallel park. But I always forget it's tilted down when i drive away and then go to mirror check and I'm like
Need to stop doing that. But no scrapes for me so far. I had a paint chip off one of my black wheels when the guy was mounting my tyres but I have a matte black paint pen I keep in the glove that instantly cures them. Apply, leave for a minute, then drive off and thus spin dry.
