Without a tune the blocks apparently make some peak gains.
Personally the blocks aren't worth the money and time to install since I'm running E85 most of the time and they cause significant top end power loss when tuned for E85:

So if you want the strongest top end power while NA you might want to sell the blocks and put that money into a flex fuel kit to compliment a catless header.
