Based on the two posts after yours , at least some of the posters understand where I was headed with my remark.
Either you want a full blown drag vehicle, or you are missing a critical piece of information regarding boosted engines...
If you want high CR AND a lot of boost, then your engine is one the verge of blowing up all the time.
By decreasing CR and giving you a greater range of boost, you have more margin for error in the tune.
