It's called Toyota Techstream.
You can google search and download a version, but it won't do you any good unless you have an obd2-USB cable, and I'm assuming that you don't.
Best thing to do is order a cheap cable from e-bay or amazon, usually they come with a copy of Techstream as well, which is handy unless your a savy downloader...
I have Techstream, and the correct cable, and I can say that Techstream is amazing, you can read and clear dtc codes, enable or disable various courtesy features like day time running lights, re calibrate and change tire pressure sensors, run system tests..... Etc...
Be advised our cars use a very specific obd2-USB interface...
If you get one, make sure it is "J2534 VCI" or "Mini VCI J2534"
