This is a soldered and hand carved sterling silver ring (first one I ever made). Solder joint is nice and precise. Satin texture is from the acid pickle. Next it will be domed and polished.

Wait until you start polishing jewelry, you're hands will double in age and you'll question how this makes any sense.
