What we need to do is find this M. Nguyen who signed for the package at a "Front Desk" in Harlingen, Texas. That sounds like it was shipped to a business and not a home address to me. Did anyone post what the actual address was that the parts were shipped to? I would also like to see what is shown when you click on the "Proof of Delivery" link on the UPS site. Has @
