The fact that they have copied the Volk Logos makes me really question the certification stampings as well. There is also no marking of the real manufacturer of the wheel so in this case I would strongly suggest staying away from this wheel.
When it comes to wheels, the only thing you can count on the most is that the manufacturer has VIA or TUV testing.
Unfortunately, it's easy to simply stamp the certification label on and not actually comply with the testing required. In this case, the wheel manufacturer is likely so obscure it would be difficult to prosecute them as a result of the forgery.
If the wheel manufacturer is of a large enough size, with a brand name worth protecting, such as ROTA - you can bet that the stampings on the wheel are genuine otherwise they have a lot more to lose than some fly by night forgery company overseas.
