Strut plugs? Are you talking about the holes on top of the rear shocks? Technically, the car isn't supposed to have anything there. The body plugs that are part of PDI are the ones under the car in the rocker panel area.

Is that fog on the inside of the glass or outside? If so, do you have any moisture in your taillight lenses? If you don't have the updated taillight seals it may be entering through that area.

That being said, I just replaced my seals due to taillight moisture, but I've never had condensation on the inside of the rear glass.

Edit: Also check under your spare tire and see if there's evidence of water pooling up there, if you haven't done so. Sometimes you can see a dust trail that will point you in the right direction.
