Did it myself with my dad (he has a lift) took about 10 hours to do springs, shocks, sway bars and camber plates, but at least 2 hours was fucking around trying to get the new front sway bar in without dropping the sub frame brackets (so close but impossible) and also a few hours machining a aluminum metal collar for my camber plates to sit properly on the strut shaft for the front end.
