I don't know what that bracket is to be honest. As long as the front calipers are from a 2004 to 2014 STI and the rear calipers are from a 2008 to 2014 STI then they should bolt right on using the STI bolts.

I did somemore searching and the bracket shown in the magazine isn't actually an adaptor to alter the mounting points. Instead it's simply a brace to stiffen up the mounting points.
