Just for the hell of it, I emailed the subaru company and asked about the windshield...

Just out of curiosity, say if the windshield tint heat rejection is 45%
0.55(factory penetration) * 0.55(heat through tint) ~= 0.30(overall heat penetration?)
Is that how the math works out?
