Some Audi's have had a problem with the aftermarket as well.

It's best to replace the whole paddle, not just put stick on's.

But of course, the material and flexibility of it are what truly matters.
Well, I've been daily driving with these for the last 2 months without issue. The extensions are plenty stiff for the application.
