My first thought was ...... DANG, get over it ..... REALLY a first world problem!
However, if it really bugs you you could do as ScorpionOzzy suggests ..... or, "slot" the holes in the plate itself with a rat tail file, then position the plate it in the center.
Oh, yes, just to set your OCD off real good, notice that the outside mirrors are different .....
