For the sake of the car longevity i severely hope not.

Although we are a falcon and commodore dominant country i feel the tides are turning and have been for a while that these big tanks arent the flavour as per 5-10yrs ago and it wont be long and the smaller cars will be all the range.

Did i read somewhere that Holden is in trouble and needed government help with money. Reported 1 billion (never searched but i recall it was a very large figure) to redesign the commodore or some shit like that. Money well spent yeah!!

Mazda 3 out sold commodore and Falcon last year didnt it??
Mazda 3 was the biggest seller in 2011. Falcon however hasn't made the top 10 in the last couple of years.

As for the Holden bailout, GM gave them $1 billion and the Government gave them something like $275 million. From that they can continue to build cars for the next 10 years meaning two new Commonwhore models
