Oh man not good at writing DIY's but this helped me a lot or at least gave me the idea of how to start it.

The prep is the key clean concrete and I would recommend adding some vinyl tile adhesive if you're using peel and stick (like I did) for the tiles near the garage entrance. I noticed this weekend when I had the door open half the day some of them started to lift due to the heat from the sun. I plan on tacking those down with some added adhesive to keep them in place.
