I just did it last September. They're 12"x12" vinyl tiles I spent a lot of time prepping the concrete cleaning ext so far its holding up well. A couple coats of sealer on top and couple more of finish/wax. Wanted a checker garage floor since I was a kid and with the urging of my wife I decided to go through with it. Glad I did if you ever need any tips let me know
