Oh god the brownies.. Taco Bell's best kept secret. They shorted me a quesadilla a couple of weeks ago and I was miffed, so I emailed customer service. Just got a "Any Item Free" coupon in the mail yesterday.

Could be worse. A few years back we went to McDonald's for breakfast and my wife ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. We got the order, started driving home, and she decided to check and make sure everything was right. Well, uh.. They forgot the bacon, egg, and cheese. They gave her a plain bagel.
