Seems that once the drop happens on the AM, you have to drive the car pretty hard (3500 RPM+) with a higher engine load to get it to creep back up. I have been logging and I'll watch it go from .93 down to as low as .3, before slowly crawling back up to around .93 - just to have it have another event during normal stop and go traffic driving and fall all over.
