sheeeeeit... you're complaining about 6.25% sales tax? Try 8.3% here in NY. and if I buy the car in NYC (which I'm not thank god) it would be 8.8.

I'm probably going to see what I can get for my current car. If the dealer is going to give me BS (quoted at 40% of blue book, so 12-13k, bullshit for a car that's basically brand new and only has 7k in 8 months of driving) then I'll try to sell it privately.
Then just finance the rest. I'm going to start shopping around now for rates. I love the crazy talk about 2% interest cuz I know that I'll never be able to get a rate that low.
