Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze x2 coats (3 if your shoulder isn't dead)
If you start in the morning, you'll have your first coat of HGSG before dinner. Buff after dinner. Coats 2 and 3 are for Sunday.
BTW, if you aren't happy with the paint after the AIO (with respect to swirls and micro scratches) you'll need to polish... I don't recommend your first polish job to be on a 1-2 yo car. Start with something OLD, that can only get better, even if you happen to burn the clear.
