First-gen turbocharger kits had a 5psi actuator, and around the 3rd gen we moved to 6psi actuators as the base when long-term testing over multiple vehicles confirmed that would be safe enough on 91 octane of reasonable quality.

A 6psi actuator can easily have it at 7psi if it's screwed in a little tight on the pre-load and under high load. It should not be an issue if the tune is good and if the gas quality is ok. IAM may drop a bit if the gas is dodgy, though.
