I'm running the Yokos as well (though 225/45), but I've struggled to get a solid, clean run on them at each event. They're at least equal to the Z2, but I feel like they are not quite as forgiving. I am thinking that the Z2 have better cold weather grip compared to the yokohama.
but i personally couldn't give you a definite answer since i have not driven in conditions such as that
